As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to help customers register and access applications. As a tech savvy individual, you will be able to assist in the process, diagnose and troubleshoot issues. You will also be responsible for documenting the processes, creating knowledge articles and work with the help desk to ensure understanding of the procedures. Running reports and analyzing patterns will be a key responsibility. You will also partner with IT and the business to make improvements and recommendations to enhance the process and overall customer experience. Any knowledge and experience with ServiceNow is a plus!
