DescriptionDescription:
ATM support role within the Consumer IT organization.
Interfaces with ATM vendors and internal support teams in support of the ATM fleet.
Supports scheduling and coordination of software deployments and validation.
Production support and incident research/follow-up.
Supports ATM test lab environment; coordinates with vendors, internal quality assurance team and software packaging and deployment teams.
Detailed Description:
Support production availability and functioning of the ATM and ensure high performance and a great user experience
Lead and drive continuous improvement opportunities
Work with other IT teams to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree
Minimum 4 years of experience in IT which includes 2 years of experience with End User Computing and Support.
Preferred Qualifications:
ATM experience
Microsoft Windows 10/7 experience
Desktop imaging and deployment technologies
Standard desktop, workstation & laptop hardware and software troubleshooting
Strong technology troubleshooting skills
Exhibits strong technical decision making
Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
