Duration: Planned for 1 year, possibility of extension for 1 additional year
Selected contractor should possess SCCM architecture, operations and maintenance experience, including server client health. Strong AD Group Policy experience and Powershell scripting experience is also required. Desired State Configuration, Tanium and IIS Role management skills are a plus, but not required. The contractor will be working primarily on SCCM management, Windows Updates, Powershell, DSC and Group Policy as it relates to managing Windows servers.
Technical Requirements:
Minimum 7 years’ experience designing and administering Windows Server environments (2003,2008,
2008R2, 2012, 2016, 2019).
Minimum 5 years’ working experience in SCCM and AD GPO.
Minimum 5 years’ working experience with multi-tiered applications running on Windows .
Minimum 5 years’ working experience with PowerShell.
Windows Server 2016 through 2019 administrator skills including the following: Windows Updates, File Sharing, DFS, PowerShell, and Cloud experience.
Other duties include
Provide excellent customer service and possess excellent communication skills. Provide documentation to teams. Deliver Knowledge Transfer sessions. Recommend where possible automated approaches for implementing specific given tasks. Must have the ability to script in PowerShell. Monitoring and Performance troubleshooting. Skilled in documenting systems and procedures
The successful candidate may have to undergo a drug test and background check.
