Title: Sr Network EngineerFull TimeMinimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, 5-7 years of network engineering and design experience with 1-3 years’ experience in increasingly complex network design and engineering, or an equivalent combination or education and experience. Extensive working knowledge of networking protocols, transmission media and systems integration techniques. Knowledge of program logic, analysis and design is also required. - Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills- Knowledge and practical application of routing protocols- Knowledge and practical application of routing protocols- Knowledge and practical application of security systems such as IDS/IPS- Knowledge and practical application of firewall technologies- Knowledge and practical application of of 802.11- Knowledge and practical application of Layer 1-7 networking standards- Familiarity with ITIL best practice guidelines desired- Proficiency in VMware, vCenter, NSX-T and vSphere platforms- Knowledge of Network Virtualization- Proficiency with Network Function Virtualization (load balancers, switches, routers, firewalls)
