Job Details

You will be responsible for managing our customer partnerships and relationships throughout the implementation of our software products. The core areas of this position include requirements analysis, project management and customer support.

Duties:
  • Work with BAs and customers to identify needs at a business and technical level and ensure requirements are documented and approved by customer
  • Develop project plans, assign resources, and track milestones and project success
  • Assist with creating estimates and scoping work in a pre-sales environment
  • Liaise between internal and external teams throughout project implementations

Ideal background:
  • 4-7 years experience software implementation PM experience
  • Experience working with an insurance carrier or another insurance software vendor
  • Experience working in an agile or scrum environment preferably using Azure DevOps for project planning and backlog management
