Provides general support to Program Managers in working with their agents. This job does not manage others.This position may be based 100% remotely or in one of our officesTravelers offers a hybrid work location model that is designed to support flexibility.Primary Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesImplement training/agency development strategy for assigned programs.

Conduct agency trainings (primarily via virtual methods; limited onsite classroom-style).

Perform recurring consultative calls to assigned agencies.

Develop training programs and tools.

Interact with agents to resolve issues and promote Travelers products.

Support Program managers as back up for agents with issues, routine activity and special projects.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications2 years experience in sales or insurance.

Education, Work Experience, & KnowledgeBachelors Degree preferred.

Typically 4 years experience in sales, insurance, or financial service.

Experience working in and knowledge of Personal Insurance products, preferred.

Job Specific Technical Skills & CompetenciesAbility to travel nationally up to 15%, as needed.

Basic knowledge of agency diagnostics.

Intermediate ability to influence the sale and to get agents to promote and sell Travelers products.

Demonstrated relationship management skills.

Intermediate communications skills, including ability to deliver professional presentations.

Intermediate problem solving skills decisive judgment.

Advanced technical savvy.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office products.

Additional InformationThe salary range in Colorado for this position is $67,000 to $100,500.
