The WFM Application Support Specialist will provide functional support to our field managers and associates related to the staff scheduling capabilities of our new Workforce Management (WFM) application. The role will also maintain and administer the staff scheduling and employee self-service modules of the WFM application

Essential Activities:
  • Conduct system administration for staff scheduling and employee self-service modules in the WFM application and provide end-user support in the use of staff scheduling and employee self-service functionality, providing FAQ and/or training documents as sustained support outlets
  • Provide support in the area of staff scheduling and employee self-service modules, providing system enhancements, design/configuration, and training for our WFM application
  • Harvest and translate requirements into functional specifications supporting store needs and technical solutions and conduct ongoing analysis to determine optimal use of applications to promote standardization and cost efficiencies.
  • Utilize system data to support functional approach recommendations to internal partners and identify critical checkpoints and escalate issues and risks in a timely manner
  • Maintains technical knowledge through utilization and understanding of both store systems and business process around those systems and identify system impact to other applications and/or processes (specifically appointment scheduling and dispatch functionality).


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience OR 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Workforce Management, Operations, or IT/Application Support is required
  • Experience in participation in the implementation and support of a packaged application, ideally a Workforce Management application, particularly Kronos is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills is required
  • Must have Microsoft Office experience (Word, Access, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Kronos experience is recommended
