Originally Fox in the Snow was gonna be a coffee shop that sold pastries and it ended up becoming a bakery that sold coffee. With our first location built in late 2014, we have now expanded to 3 in just 4-1//2 years, with plans for more Fox in the Snows in the works. Our business model is pretty straight forward: Make sure the coffee is delicious, the food and pastries are delicious, make sure that people wanna come here to an atmosphere that is not their house but a nice environment to be in and is lively and not full of people with their nose down in their laptops; it's instead full of people catching up with old friends and interacting with one another. We don't have public Wi-Fi, for instance, no outlets, and the counter and tables are built low to open up space between customers and employees. It's all about forming dialogue between our employees and our customers, our customers with each other, and fostering a general sense of being and community within our four walls. And as we continue to pursue that mission, we are searching for the right people to grow with us.
Right now, we are looking to hire a dedicated dishwasher to our team! The ideal candidate is reliable, has a strong team attitude, embodies hustle and follows sanitary protocols. We are offering a consistent schedule and excellent pay. Weekend Availability is a must for this position.
