RESPONSIBILITIES:
⢠Hire and train staff (front and back of house)
⢠Assist with kitchen equipment selections
⢠Assist with menu creation/execution
⢠Manage food/beverage partnerships
⢠Order food and ingredients required for items on menu
⢠Order beverages and ingredients required for items on menu
⢠Ensure adherence to set recipes
⢠Ensure quality of food and beverage presentation
⢠Observe size of food portions and preparation quantities
⢠Keep a record of income and expenses
⢠Open and close restaurant daily
⢠Create schedules for staff members
⢠Motivate staff during heavy shifts and resolve staffing conflicts
⢠Monitor adherence to health, safety and hygiene standards in kitchen and restaurant
