Responsibilities
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Preparing food for service
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Complies with all portion sizes, recipes, quality standards, policies and procedures
Clean up station and take care of leftover food according to company standards
Display proper food safety techniques in handling and preparation. Including proper personal hygiene, hand washing, gloves, knife skills, etc.
Ensure all food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
Collaborate with servers and kitchen/bar staff as needed
Take directions and guidance from Chef
Qualifications
Cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred
Able to meet all scheduling commitments
Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
Strong attention to detail
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
Strong sense of urgency
Able to stand on feet for long periods of time
Shifts available Monday-Saturday as we are closed on Sundays.
