Line Cook:
Our Line Cooks work with the recipes created by our Chefs to a produce beautiful, eye-catching product. Individuals in this position execute dishes that bring guests back again and again. Line Cooks must work together as a team to achieve a successful service. They are also encouraged to showcase their skills by presenting in our open kitchens.
Responsibilities:
Set-up and stock stations with all tools, products, and supplies necessary to execute ones task.
Prepare menu items in cooperation with the rest of ones team on the line.
Follow instructions provided by Sous Chef and/or Executive Chef.
Ensure dishes come out of the kitchen in a timely, efficient manner upholding standards related to
presentation and quality.
Comply with nutrition, sanitation, and industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
Clean ones station at the end of service, stocking inventory appropriately for the following service.
Other duties as assigned.
