Tucci’s, located in the historic district of Dublin, is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team!
Tucci’s is an Italian Steakhouse off N. High Street. We recently completed a 3-million-dollar restaurant expansion/remodel. Our menu consists of the best prime & wagyu steak, fresh seafood, and modern interpretations of Italian classics all set in a high-volume environment.
The perfect future Sous Chef would possess the following skillsets:
Experience in a high-volume environment. Steakhouses are a plus.
Knowledge of basic skills such as blanching, various knife cuts, and cooking techniques.
Knowledge of food safety is a must!
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail.
Great work ethic with a “what can I do, and how can I help” attitude.
Must be able to effectively communicate.
Must be able to work nights and weekends.
