RMS of Ohio is searching for a positive, energetic Program Manager to join our team. This position supervises staff and services for individuals with developmental disabilities living in the community. The Program Manager
Monitors the key supporting elements of service delivery, such as scheduling, staff training and support, and service location monitoring.
Provides good stewardship by managing resources effectively, such as limiting the use of overtime, manages staff absences effectively, etc.
Maintains quality staff through site monitoring, including site visits, staff training, and staff performance evaluations.
Conducts routine meetings with Lead Support Associates to understand and address any issues occurring on the caseload.
Provides after hour on call support for staffing or client emergencies.
Requirements:
Associates or Bachelors degree in a human service field and two (2) years of management/supervisory experience in the provision of services to individuals with developmental disabilities or related social service field, OR five (5) years of management/supervisory experience in the provision of services to individuals with developmental disabilities or related field
Positive leader with ability to select, hire, train, manage, and retain staff.
Experience with managing and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Understanding of rules and guidelines that regulate the provision of services to individuals with disabilities.
Current valid drivers license and compliance with Ohio liability insurance coverage standards.
Must pass background check (BCI)
