Installation Technicians at NATIONAL OnDemand, Inc are self-motivated, dedicated to customer service and pride themselves on getting the job done. If you enjoy working with your hands, interacting with customers and working outdoors, this could be the perfect job for you! We cover the greater Columbus region, so we need people living in all areas.
Requirements for prospective Installation Technician candidates:
Cable installation experience HIGHLY preferred.
Previous experience in the cable / telecomm industry preferred.
We will train highly motivated people with hands on skills such as electrical, mechanical or construction trades.
SIGN ON BONUS for qualified applicants paid after 1 week of employment.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have valid driver's license.
Be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Physical demands are constant and each candidate must be able to lift 75 lbs.
Move over all types of terrain in all kinds of weather while carrying tools and equipment.
Use weight-bearing equipment such as safety harnesses and extensions ladders while wearing fully loaded tool belts.
Basic Computer skills
Compensation:
All W2 employees get paid an hourly rate plus incentives.
All Full time employees have access to our benefits package that includes Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and Paid time off.
Our Technicians have access to a Company Truck (if needed), Fuel and Tools.
