We are seeking a Customer Service/Technical Service for a Full Time position.
Work week Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm.
Duties include:
Answering telephone/email/website customer service/technical service related issues, quotations, shipping, warehousing, and some outside technical service.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent. Candidate must be self-motivated, energetic, friendly, hard worker, quick thinker, problem solver, be organized, have a positive attitude, be able to keep up with fast pace, possess great communication skills, both spoken and written. Candidate must also have keen attention to detail and dress and act professional. Computer skills required with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word preferred. Experience in technical service, field service, computer programming and software implementation skills would be a plus. Candidates must posses a strong history of attendance and punctuality
