We are in search of a maintenance technician for a 276 unit community in northeast Columbus. This position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with shared on call rotation. Must have experience with HVAC and apartment maintenance. Must have your own transportation and tools. We offer health, dental, vision and life insurance as well as paid vacations, holidays.
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
