The Parc Apartments located in Gahanna is seeking a Grounds Keeper to join our team. The community is only three years old and has been kept up fantastically. We would like to hire someone who has the same vision as us in maintaining the property.
Main Responsibility:
- Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, elevator areas and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings. You will be making sure the community looks beautiful and clean.
- Occasionally assist the maintenance technician in moving items.
***Does not involve landscaping or mowing lawns.
