What we offer:
Full-time year round work.
Starting pay @$20-30/hr. plus overtime.
We provide all tools and equipment.

What we expect:
Solid work references.
Knowledge and experience with all phases of construction; foundations, concrete, framing, plumbing, electric, finish woodworking, painting.
Some experience running, maintaining and servicing equipment such as mini excavator, skid steer, hydraulic trailer.
Some experience with snow plowing and mowing.
Ability to work in all kinds of weather; rain, snow, heat, cold.
Ability to do hard physical labor such as digging, lifting, raking, moving gravel, sod, mulch, dirt.
Ability to work both independently and with others.
Work with a positive attitude with no anger issues.
Ability to problem solve.
Ability to be organized and very neat,in appearance as well as in work areas.
Pass random drug test.
