Work schedule is Monday-Friday with mandatory Saturdays in the spring and scheduled throughout the season as needed. Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
To be considered an applicant, candidates must:
Possess a valid drivers license, with a clean driving record
Have reliable transportation to and from work
Be prompt, neat, well organized, and maintain a professional appearance
Exhibit good communication skills
Be highly driven and self-motivated
Display ability to work with others
Follow directions promptly, efficiently, and to completion
Candidates applying for Crewleader positions should have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in their respective field of concentration.
Pay Scale: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience
