The Parc Luxury Apartments located in Gahanna is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to join our team. Requires strong time management, organization and people skills. Fast paced environment. We are looking for either a full time or part time person.
Qualified candidates must have the knowledge and ability to perform the following duties:
⢠Diagnose and repair daily work orders in a timely & professional manner.
⢠Prepare & turnaround vacant apartments to meet deadlines.
⢠General Plumbing, Electrical & Carpentry Repairs.
⢠Inspects grounds daily to ensure it is of utmost standard of cleanliness.
⢠Maintain and repair appliances.
⢠Pool knowledge a plus.
⢠Preventative maintenance.
⢠Good communication skills.
⢠Positive attitude in order to take care of tenantsâ needs in a respectable manner. Attention to detail and overall tenant satisfaction experience.
Must Have:
Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Minimum three to five years experience.
