General Contractor looking for a reliable and motivated worker. Looking for someone who is cooperative, patient, safety conscientious and employs a good sense of initiative.
Hourly wage dependent on work experience including any associated skilled work experience.
This is a home-owner renovation but based on experiences operating a successful General Contracting Company, including a Commercial grade Wood Mill Working shop specializing in kitchens.
SCOPE OF WORK includes significant indoor renovations to marry a character home to an “open concept” design including features of new patio openings, a balcony, new kitchen, updated bathrooms and including all the mechanical, electrical, flooring, tiling, etc.
Exterior work includes installation of a new pond and other large landscaping features.
Work will be permitted and done to code. Structural changes will be subject to a retained Engineer.
Work hours will typically be afternoon shifts, eg., 2PM - 10PM but will vary depending on circumstances.
Cash paid daily based on hours work.
Please have a minimum 6 months construction work experience and be familiar with safely operating power tools.
