Able to use heavy machinery

Able to deliver detailed direction
Able to interact with customer in a business manner
Laborer Experience
Must be dependable
Able to use hand tools and heavy machinery
Able to take direction
Bonus after one year
Raises every 6 months depending on attendance and performance
