NexGreen is setting up their roster for the spring now. Our specialists average work week is 44 hours with most Saturdays off. We average 20 stops a day and we give you the tools and the time that let you do quality applications that you can be proud of.
We are growing and need individuals with lawn care experience. But, we will also train the right hardworking individuals that have excellent customer service skills.
Our hourly rate is up to $18/ hour based on your experience, plus overtime, sales commission (15%), medical/ dental and other benefits including 401k, and vacation time in the first year.
