1. Hardscape Foreman
The position is offering 18 - 25/hr. and is dependent upon experience. This position can also be a salaried position with a salary of $40,000 to $50,000.
Must have knowledge of landscaping as well as knowledge of hardscape construction; the use of outdoor landscaping equipment. The position is year round. No layoffs.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Able to drive truck w/ trailer attached
Basic working skills of bobcat, excavator, trencher, etc.
2-4 yrs. experience
Leadership experience

The opening is an in the field position, and the candidate must be capable of working with as well as leading a crew of 1-2 people. The candidate should hold basic skills with working outdoor equipment such as a bobcat, trencher, mini excavator, forklift, snow plow, and other related outside tools. Also, the candidate must be available for snow removal in the winter.
3. Mowing Foreman: $14-$18
4, 10 hour days, ability to follow mowing route. This is one man mowing crew position. Residential properties. 48 walk behind Exmark, truck and trailer.
Winter work available. 2 years of experiences of mowing. Leadership qualities. Valid drivers license with no DUI. Knowledge of mower. Responsible and honest. Mechanically inclined. Professional appearance and interaction with clients. Must be detailed oriented. MUST be willing to perform work to our standards. Must be willing to work with other crew. Responsible for crews tools. Ability to work alone and self-supportive.
4. Handyman Foreman: $18-$22
6. Bello Giardino is currently looking for a Designer Sales Manager. You will be meeting clients, selling jobs, managing and running our 30 - 40 employees.
Candidate must be able to do computer designs as well as hand drawn designs.
Projects run from $1,000 to $100,000. Our average projects range from $10,000 to $30,000.

Must have at least 2 year degree
5 years sales/management experience.
Must be a good leader of people and ability to discipline people.
Valid driver's license
Complete understanding and know how to build Landscape construction and hardscape construction.
Must have knowledge of building materials and equipment used in construction
Must have strong knowledge of plants
Compensation between 45,000.00 to 65,000.00 per year
