Looking for a Turn Tech/Maintenance specializing in daily routine painting and unit turns needed for Northeast Apartment Community. Must have tools, vehicle, valid driver's license. Must be detail oriented and able to follow guidelines in getting units market-ready from painting and drywall repair to full punch-out. Starting pay range of $13/hour based upon experience and skills. Please submit resume and qualifications.
