Follow safe work practices and guidelines
Must pass drug and background check
Duties include:
Cleaning, preparing, striping, sanding and painting/resurfacing in Apartment Communities. Resurfacing tubs, showers, tile walls, counter-tops and cabinets. Requires wearing respirator (must be clean shaven) and other protective gear for safety. Cleaning site after work is complete.
