We are a large and growing national company with local presence that manages facilities in the commercial building industry. We have several buildings that need janitorial sub-contractors. These contracts are larger in size and would require a staff of 8-10 cleaners to maintain. Companies with a built-in supervisor/lead structure are a plus. Available positions per building would include: full and part time, day and night, and weekend. Typically single locations, our clients require a developed company with an experienced, detail-oriented work staff. If you are a current commercial janitorial company with the resources, staff and training to handle accounts of this size, please respond to this ad. These contracts are located in the Columbus metro area.
