GoAhead Solutions has an immediate need for an ITOM Architect(ServiceNow Architect) in Columbus, OH. This would be a Six to twelve month contract to start out with extension. Interviews will be conducted through phone and video conference. Work will start remote until Covid-19 has been cleared for employees to work onsite in Columbus, OH.
Job Description:
The IT Operation Management (ITOM) team is building an enterprise-level service operations, management and mapping solution using the ServiceNow product. We are actively seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Architect to join our team. Among the applications we are responsible for: Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management, and Service Analytics.
Responsibilities:
As the ITOM Architect, you will be expected to contribute to project and solution delivery including:
- Drive ITOM technical vision and strategy.
- Lead architecture and design for ITOM components.
- Perform Application and Workflow Configuration.
- Develop requirements, acceptance criteria and test scenarios for;
data integrations
bug fixes and enhancements
reports and analytics
- Interface with service areas and operations teams.
- Prepare for upcoming product releases.
- Champion ITOM best practices throughout the enterprise.
REQUIRED ServiceNow Experience:
-System Administration including Architecture and Integration.
-ITOM Implementation (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping).
-Application Development (Design, Scripting and Development).
-Configuration Management Application expertise.
-Database design schemas and data modeling
NICE-TO-HAVE Experience:
-ITIL v4
-Infrastructure Monitoring tools
-Application Monitoring tools
