Part Time Employment
Position: RPA Columbus Branch - Appraisal Coordinator
30 hours per week, Monday thru Friday
9am to 3pm (some flexibility) example: 8-2 or 10-4
Compensation $12hr to $15hr relative to experience and performance
No benefits or paid vacation/sick days.
The Appraiser Coordinator supports the Columbus Branch. Besides working with the branch manager, staff appraisers, and clients, there will be some coordination with the Corporate staff and the two other RPA branches.
The objective is to become proficient in the support of the Columbus Branch between RPA's clients and staff appraisers. Duties will include daily acceptance of assignments via emails and working with websites. Accurate and prompt delegation of the appraisal assignments to staff; and ongoing status to clients for all assignments that are in process that includes revisions and back up for answering the phones.
Weekly spread sheet for the delegation of work relative to each staff appraiser that totals the daily and weekly volume and gross dollars received.
Reliability and accuracy is of utmost importance. Time away from the daily program must be scheduled and emergencies must be kept to a minimum.
