What does our current Client Relationship Manager team members have to say about working at AmeriMAC?

Here's a few comments shard by our current team regarding the CRM role:

"AmeriMAC is fast-paced and busy with very little 'down time'. There’s always something to do."

"I like that I get to wear a lot of hats. One day, you might be calling a list of 50 appraisers who haven't scheduled an inspection yet, and tomorrow someone else will be doing that task and you'll be the one finding appraisers to assign."

"We all have a strong attention to detail. This is probably the most important skillset to have. There are a lot of back and forth communications to manage between the appraisers and the lenders, and paying attention to previous communications will give you a better idea how to respond, or whether a response is required at all."

"Everyone here has thick skin. This office is nothing if not honest with each other. You will make mistakes. You will be called out on your mistakes publicly and often but always in an encouraging and constructive way, and you will be given every opportunity and then some to improve with clear guidance."

"Willingness to learn is really all you need to be successful here. Your job will become easier the more you learn about appraisals and lending in general, and you'll be able to field questions faster and get back to your task at hand without having to step away to find an answer from someone."
