We have over 30 employees and are looking for someone else to join our team. We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills.
Office and/or Call Center Experience is required. This is a BUSY position so you MUST have good time management and organizational skills. We operate in an open office environment and help each other out. You will be responsible for customer service, data entry, creating records, proofing records, selling services, follow up phone calls to customers after a service, filing and general office work. You must be have great phone communication skills, computer skills and previous office/customer service experience. We are in the service industry so attendance is EXTREMELY important. Our work week is Monday - Friday 8 AM 5 PM and every other Saturday 8 AM 12 Noon. Pay starts out at $11.00/hour with opportunities for increases based on performance PLUS we offer quarterly BONUS's, Health Care Allowance and an opportunity to join our John Hancock 401k plan with company match
We are looking for someone who can show several years work experience with the same employer(s). We are looking for a dedicated long term employee.
