We are looking for an experienced maintenance person to do day to day maintenance and unit turns in apartment properties.
Job Position: Maintenance Person– (Basic Job Description)
Daily pick up of grounds as needed or directed.
Responsibility of keeping clean the shop, common areas, and other areas of the leasing office if needed.
Daily and routine work orders as directed.
Report any suspicious activity, unsafe conditions, or ill kept apartments to management.
“On call” as assigned by the property. All maintenance staff are required to be available for after-hours calls.
Unloading delivery trucks and stocking items in their appropriate location.
Trashing out apartments.
Clearing snow on walks and stairs during the winter as needed including salt spreading.
Safeguarding company materials and equipment from loss either through theft, miss use, accident, or malicious intent.
Typical work hours are 8-5 or 9-6 as designated by your supervisor.
Apartment turns.
HVAC repairs. The most qualified candidates will have excellent HVAC skills, EPA certified and be able to handle most common repairs.
