We are seeking a part time assistant maintenance technician for our upscale luxury apartment complex in Westerville. This job requires working 20-25 hours per week. Must have reliable transportation and good customer service skills.
Your primary responsibilities will be to support our maintenance manager with routine maintenance and repairs, grounds maintenance and the preparation of vacant units. Tasks may include plumbing, electrical work, light carpentry, cleaning, painting and snow removal during winter months.
