We are seeking responsible, self-motivated individuals to service various department stores in the Columbus area.
Responsibilities Include:
Setting up your stores at the beginning of the season in October and following up with visits through December. This means ensuring that product has arrived, is pulled from the stockroom and displayed according to company standards. Please note that you may be required to lift often-heavy boxes and move fixtures to get displays set up.
Customer service! Part of your job is to be knowledgeable about the product you are displaying, and to be a resource for busy customers while you're in the stores. Developing and maintaining good relationships with store personnel is essential.
Complete and send store visit reports and before/after photos, to show your work and report issues such as low stock, missing stock, etc.
Maintain a professional demeanor with the public and store personnel when performing your duties, including following the company dress code.
This is a temporary, reoccurring position from Oct. 1 through the holidays. Approximate hours are 15 per week or more, depending on location. Must be available to work these hours, daytime only, Monday-Friday.
Applicants must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance. Must have access to reliable internet connection and a device with the ability to take and download pictures.
Prior successful retail, merchandising or customer service experience required.
