Details of Project Manager-Telehealth Contact Center:

The project manager will help develop and manage a project plan to stand up a contact call center that will provide telephonic healthcare navigation to patients. The contact center will be communicating directly with patients and patient caregivers.

Responsibilities of Project Manager-Telehealth Contact Center:

• Duties include developing the plan from conception to implementation to build out the requirements for the contact center
• Other responsibilities include maintaining the project plan, managing day to day work, tracking progress, maintaining project accounting and financials, resolving issues, and delivering status reports.
• Oversee project schedule, resource planning, assets acquisition, etc.
• Participate in strategy sessions, create documentation and visual aids, gather and execute project requirements

Requirements for Project Manager-Telehealth Contact Center:

• Must have previous healthcare and call center project management experience

• Experience with resource planning and people management, and requirements gathering
• Solid understanding and experience dealing with third party providers
• Experience successfully working with multiple cross functional teams and business stakeholders.
