Atlantis Security is currently accepting applications for two full-time Security Officer positions in the Columbus area. Qualified candidates must have reliable transportation, high school diploma or GED; clean driving records, and have no criminal record. They must also be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
JobDescription (General Summary of Duties & Major Responsibilities)
Answers incoming calls regarding suspicious activity and/or security related events. Creates reports and maintains detailed logs of all calls and activities
Contacts relevant security and non-security colleagues to coordinate response or for assistance resolving issues. Monitors complex alarm and surveillance systems and coordinates appropriate response to alerts.
Reports directly to the Security Operations Center Manager, but takes tactical direction from Security Operations Center Lead.
Required:
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Work effectively within a high intensity environment
Amt Experience
0-1 year
Minimum Education
High School Diploma
Preferred Experience and/or experience in Lieu of Min Education
Experience working in a dispatch or alarm monitoring center
