Job Description
Top rated insurance Agency located in Ohio is looking for the right individuals for a Commission only property and casualty insurance sales. The right candidate must be self-motivated, assertive and organized, with an excellent phone voice. Written communication skills are also key in this position. Prior sales experience is Required. An outgoing and positive personality is a must for our agency, Please absolutely no Drama!
Account Reps are compensated with commission opportunities. We have a proven sales process that will help max out commissions every month.
Responsibilities:
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Maintain knowledge of new products.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
Requirements:
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Professional phone etiquette.

Problem-Solving Capabilities.
Currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
