This Technician must also promote and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with service on our products. The technician must also complete all administrative aspects of the job on time and error-free, as well as, provide accurate feedback with call close information, parts usage and installation and setup of mailing machines, copiers, printers and multifunction devices. Must be able to be self motivated and have good time management skills.
