Floor it logistics is a family-owned and operated small business located in Moraine, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient and accurate operations.
Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to maximize productivity and maintain a positive work environment.
Oversee inventory management, including receiving, shipping and customer service.
Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Develop and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment.
