Bakers Locksmith is a growing family business located in downtown Springfield, Ohio. We are currently seeking a self-driven individual who excels in customer service, can easily multi-task, and wants to learn about the job all around.
The ideal candidate will be able to perform a variety of administrative/office and clerical tasks. We are looking for an independent, confident learner with basic telephone skills/knowledge and the ability to provide support to the office staff to help ensure a smooth and efficient day-to-day operation.

Answer Calls
Sell/Explain our Services
Greet Visitors/Walk-in Customers
Communicate Daily with Customers, Prepare Orders, Answer Inquires
Keep organized/Efficient
Ability to Learn Company Product Catalog/Services
Operate Office Copier, Scanner, Voice Mail and Personal Computer
File Documents and Invoices
Interact with, VP, Supervisors and Peers
Respond to Customer Problems or Complaints
Operate Key Machines/Programmer if needed
Complete all other duties as assigned
Knowledge
Strong Clerical Skills
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Required (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Tech-savvy
Basic Mathematics
Education
High School Graduate/College
2-3 Years Administrative/Office/Retail Experience/Business management
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
Strong attention to detail

Self-motivated and desire to learn about the job
Demonstrated ability to work successfully in an environment focused on production and quality
Starting Hourly Rate: $13- $17 per hour (depending on experience)
Full-time – Monday- Friday 8:30a.m. – 3:30p.m.
