Our client, a leader in the technology industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their growing company in their Call Center Department.
Salary/Hourly Rate: $14/hr, TTH
Position Overview: The Call Center Representative will work Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Responsibilities of the Call Center Representative:
Promote relationships by being a liaison between clients and sales representatives through phone calls and emails
Handle up to 35 inbound calls per day
Respond to customer's requests in a timely manner
Assist the department with other duties and requests
Maintain accurate customer records utilizing Salesforce
Foster strong communication with all other members of the team
Qualifications for the Call Center Representative:
2-3 years of call center customer service experience required
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to establish relationships via phone calls and emails
Strong decision-making skills
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Previous experience with Salesforce or CRM preferred
Education Requirements:
High School Degree required
