We are seeking applicants for a customer service / administrative position in a fast-paced, demanding work environment. Job duties include handling inbound calls and email, creating quotes, answering questions about our products, and handling returns and warranty processes. The ideal candidate will have a full range of customer service experience in a small office environment, including strong proficiency in data entry/ computer keyboarding tasks, as well as solid experience with WORD, Excel and other Windows applications. Excellent pay and benefits are available to the appropriate candidate. Pay range is open depending on skills and experience.
