In general, Hotline Representatives shall interact with the public and shall have a high school diploma or equivalent; shall speak English; fluent Spanish speaking is highly desired; must possess strong interpersonal communication skills; shall have basic to intermediate computer and telephone interview skills; shall possess data entry and typing skills; shall exhibit familiarity with automotive components, concepts, and terminology. Strong basic writing skills are required; including proficient spelling and grammar, and the ability to write coherent declarative and narrative statements within an E-VOQ. They must also understand and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
