COOKS Carmels Southwest Mexican Grill is hiring two skilled line COOKS for both 1st and 2nd shift. 1st shift must be aggressive prep tasker and able to cook lunch, (much multi tasking). 2nd shift must be able handle broiler (burgers, steaks), flat top (quesadillas, tacos, eggs), and fryers (chimis, wings). Cooks must have even sober temperament handling unexpected rushes. Supervisory experience useful. Breakfast experience for brunch menu very appealing. A ideal person would be skilled in helping with menu development, kitchen management and the 2nd shift person could be a permanent closer working 6pm-2am five nights a week. Open to different senarios. Applying in person is best. Useful references mandatory.
SERVERS
Should have one year full service experience. We require skilled servers who will get their work done. We are a casual full service bar and grill. Good knowledge of alcohol is useful. We encourage a fun bar/restaurant style atmosphere with professional service. Keyholder experience and closing paperwork supervisory experience helpful. For the night time server this could be a full time closing position.
HOST- Hiring day time and evening host.
