Osmose is currently looking to fill the following positions in Dayton, Ohio and the surrounding areas.
Crew Member
Responsibilities will vary, but the primary function of this job will be assisting in the inspection and treatment of utility poles. This will include using a shovel to dig around the base of poles, applying treatment to poles, and installing various maintenance items. The work is outdoors, you can expect walking over various types of terrain, working in hot and cold weather, and extensive physical labor. We will provide lodging for those who wish to stay closer to the job site, which usually includes a free breakfast.
We offer benefits for those who qualify, hourly production bonuses when production goals are exceeded, paid holidays, and one week of vacation every six months.
Safety glasses, hard hats, safety vests, and gloves will be provided.
Overtime is currently being encouraged.

Minimum requirements include:
No experience necessary, we will provide on the job training.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be willing to work 40+ hours a week.
Must be physically able to perform the job.
Must be able to pass a urine drug screen.
