About this Job:
Makotek receives work orders on delinquent accounts from Spectrum cable. Our Equipment Recovery Field Technicians are responsible for commuting to the customers home and collecting either past-due payments or equipment such as routers or cable boxes - depending on the account.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Commute to customers residence to collect equipment or past-due balances.
Follow-up with customers when necessary.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Communicate with the General Manager at all times.
Be able to use your smart phone to connect to our work-order software.
Abide by all federal, state, and local regulations.
General Requirements:
Must have a reliable vehicle.
Must have insurance for your vehicle.
Must have an active Drivers License.
Compensation:
Weekly Paychecks.
Expected earnings are $20 - $25 per hour when working full-time.
Guaranteed hourly plus production commission.
Mileage compensation provided.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
A high school diploma or GED is required.
No work experience is necessary.
