Established landscape company interviewing for crew leader position. Work includes all phases of landscape maintenance; mowing, trimming, mulching, pruning, planting of trees & shrubs, etc. Individual will be responsible to assist owner in loading of tools & equipment for daily operations and working with crew to complete assigned tasks. Individual must be detail oriented. We have a history of a solid customer base that expects our work quality to be top notch. We are not a mow & go company. We are a drug/smoke free company.
Individual must have a valid drivers license with good driving record, experienced in operation of compact tractor, bobcat, and other equipment related to grounds maintenance. Ideal candidate would also have ambitions to manage entire operation after a couple years of experience. Benefits include paid holidays after 30 days, 1 week paid vacation after 6 months.
