Roddy Landscaping, a well-established leader in the Dayton area for high quality services, is seeking to add several members to the team.
Landscaping Team Leader and Mowing Team Leader
Manages a team of two or more including: efficient and high quality work, personnel issues, training, interacting with clients, maintaining safety, planning and organizing work, documentation, maintaining equipment and more.
Requires ability to read and write well, HS diploma or GED and at least 1 year landscaping experience. Strong written and oral communications skills are critical.
Landscaping Team and Mowing Team Members
Must work with well other team members and complete jobs efficiently and with quality. Must have ability to learn to operate a variety of equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, gas shears, and chainsaws.Â
Requires ability to read and write along with a HS diploma or GED, experience strongly preferred.Â
All positions are required to possess a clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen. Pay is $14-30/hr. based upon position and experience.
