At Tomorrow’s Enterprise, marketing is about understanding people — and building awareness about the products/services of our clients. We’re looking for a versatile marketing manager who is a self-starter and is comfortable in a fast-paced office setting. Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns, for a variety of clients in various industries, including social media campaigns. He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with changing needs.
Objectives of this Role:
-Identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments for multiple clients
-Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support from client teams (if available) and drive collaboration
-Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
-Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development, strategies, and recommendations on tactics
-Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
-Develop creative direction to meet marketing objectives for clients in terms of communications, including print, digital, and photo/video assets
-Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
-Manage content and updates for client and internal touch points, establishing workflows with clients, participating in discovery meetings, documenting business processes, and providing additional marketing support
-Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads and sales depending on client’s objectives
-Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
-Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
Skills and Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred but not required if you have the relevant experience or certifications
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Proven experience developing marketing plans and social media campaigns
-Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
-Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
-Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
-Design experience is a plus
