Rotational Nanny/ Personal Assistant
Single gay father located in Yellow Springs, OH Area is seeking an experienced loving, organized professional Nanny/Personal Assistant for a rotational position. The role is to support him in caring for his 3 year old son and to help manage their busy lifestyle.
Location: Yellow Springs, OH
Age of child: 3
Start date: As soon as mutually convenient
Schedule: Full-time rotational schedule of 1 week on/1 week off. 2 weeks on/2 weeks off while traveling. Candidates will be responsible for 24/7 on-call coverage while on duty with primary responsibilities between 7am and 7pm.
Compensation: The family is offering an hourly and overtime rate equivalent to $90-110k/year based on experience and the rotational schedule.
Benefits: The family is open to providing benefits including assistance with healthcare, a vehicle for professional use, and relocation assistance based on candidate need. Reimbursement for relevant continued education classes.
Live-in/Live-out: Live-in while working, a private bedroom and en-suite bathroom within the family’s home provided. Live-out during off weeks.

3 year old attends preschool 5 days a week from approximately 8am - 1 pm
Frequent travel between their homes and other adventurous worldwide travel.
When not traveling the family’s life is often full entertaining family and friends.
Child is extremely bright, social , happy and energetic. He is full of songs and cuddles and loves to read. Already he has a great sense of humor.
Dad and son love pools, beaches and parks. Such outings are typically daily events.
Housekeepers are employed at all residences.
An ability to step in and step out as appropriate and to be flexible during the day is essential to this position. Dad works from home and looks forward to having an energetic helpful nanny join this household. Flexibility and excitement to travel also important as this family is always seeking unique adventures from Europe to the Caribbean to National Parks.

Responsibilities in addition to child care include family meal prep, child-related housekeeping and inventory, family laundry, food shopping, errands and assistance in scheduling and calendering child’s activities.
Qualifications:
1 1/2+ years of professional childcare experience
Valid driver’s license and passport
Experience with healthy meal planning and preparation
Experience working in a team environment and in a HNW household
Fully vaccinated and boosted (when eligible) against COVID-19 prior to start date in accordance with applicable laws
. Experienced with travel, travel planning and preparation
Knowledge and experience with age-appropriate developmental milestones
Must be physically fit as helping with travel and ability to keep up with an active sporty child is required
Candidate must have strong swimming skills and CPR training
